Nitesh Gupta is a B.Com Graduate from Mumbai University. He has 15 years experience with the SKG group companies and is the Executive Director of SKG Refractories LTD, the flagship company of the SKG Group. The SKG Group is in various manufacturing and trading Industries, such as refractories, glass, automotive components and minerals for more than 50 years. Nitesh provides strategic input and direction to EMPOVER.

Ambuj Agarwal is a Osmania University B.E. Graduate and has done his MBA from SPJIMR in the Year 2000. He has worked in various capacities at SKG Refractories. He has been managing software companies for the last 5 years. Ambuj steers the company strategically and formulates plans for its growth.

Rohit Arjaria is a REC Rourkela B Tech (Computer Science Engineering) Class of 1997 Graduate. He has been with TCS for around 4 years and has been involved with Customers like EDS and Lucent in executing their large Turn Key Projects. Since 2001, Rohit has taken care of Project Execution in a start up Software Development and Services Company, and as CTO since 2005 he has successfully accomplished Project Delivery and Business Development in Multiple areas. Rohit provides inputs on strategy and technology. He implements the strategic plans and keeps the company focussed on achieving its vision.
